The Subtle Aisan Mental Health Facebook group’s services can most apply to and benefit those of Asian descent who want to be a part of an online community with a focus on mental health. The private group has 61.6k members and is supposed to be a safe space. You are encouraged to share anything you want about your feelings, thoughts, cultural issues, intergenerational trauma, and any other related topics.
