Big Baffling Behaviors

Based on the popular book Big Baffling Behaviors by mental health expert and parent coach Robyn Gobbel, The Park Adoption Community Center is excited to offer a new course led by Moya Smith. This class will help parents better understand and respond to their child’s most confusing and challenging behaviors.

Through brain-, body-, and sensory-based strategies, parents will learn how to connect with their child and support emotional regulation during everyday struggles. The course also offers tools to help parents regulate their own nervous systems, especially amid the chaos of parenting.

Classes begin this fall on September 17 and will meet weekly on September 17, 24, 1, and 8, from 5 PM to 7 PM MDT, with four additional sessions continuing in the spring.
