Groups 51-100 — $16.00
Groups 100+ (will be split between two days) — $14.00

1 chaperone is free for every 6 participants
Additional Chaperone —$8.00

Field trips are scheduled on Wednesdays and Fridays. If a different day is required, please contact us and we will try our best to work with your needs.

Field Trip Duration
Field trips begin at 9:45 AM and end at 12:45 PM.

Field trip operates between two buildings, The Park (6940) and CCAI (6920).

Buses must park in front of 6920 South Holly Circle, Centennial, Colorado 80112. Chaperones may park in the parking lot. Additional parking is available in the back of the both buildings.

Group Size
Groups must have a minimum of 35 participants or you will be charged for a minimum 35. Maximum group size per day is 100. If group is larger than 100, you must book two field trip days.

Chaperones
Due to classroom size constraints, only 1 teacher and 3 other adults are able to join each station. Siblings and strollers are not allowed in the classroom stations and are able to enjoy our lobby pay areas, if needed.

Dining

Groups must bring their own sack lunches. If taking Chinese Cooking, students will only be served 4-6 dumplings/person.

Is your facility ADA accessible?
Yes! We are happy to accommodate participants of all abilities.

Can we pay upon arrival?
Full balance is due one week prior to your field trip date. However, if you have additional participants, you may pay any additional amount upon arrival.

What is your refund policy?
Final payment and confirmed numbers are due one week prior to your scheduled field trip date. Cancelations made 72 hours prior to field trip date will receive 50% refund. Cancelations after 72 hours prior will not be refunded, but can be rescheduled with no penalty.
